£500.00

reserve & pay

The £500 holding fee secures your chosen room and is deducted from your first month's rent. If your reservation cannot be progressed through no fault of your own — for example, if references don't pass — the fee is refunded in full.

If you choose to withdraw your reservation later without good reason, we retain 50% of the holding fee, as your room will have been held for you and we'll have turned other applicants away in the meantime.
